Wirtgen Group established its presence in the Philippines during 1994 at the province of Cebu through its subsidiary: Wirtgen Philippines Inc. Mr. Reinhard Wirtgen decided on choosing Cebu as its hub for Philippine operations due to its central location from the island of Luzon and Mindanao. The area provided a perfect launching point for the small team to cover the whole country selling premium road construction equipment. As the company grew in size and manpower, its talent became the servicing powerhouse of South East Asia helping train Wirtgen Group’s new subsidiaries and dealers across the region while also serving the needs of the Philippine construction industry with ease.
On 30th June 2022
